Ateneo de Manila BFA Information Design
21 years old

Selt Portraits

He considers himself to be an inspiring and “on the works” graphic designer. He designs mostly materials for his home organization in the Ateneo – Heights. Usually the works he does are materials of all sorts such as posters, brochures, organizational forms, etc.

“My inspiration is not the driving force kind, rather, it is an inspiration in the sense of ideas.”

He uses both traditional and digital media, whichever is necessary. However, in all his works, digital has to be always part of it since digital files are required to print them. His design process starts with a little research. Then, he looks for an inspiration. After which, he sits in front of a blank page or computer and works until he finishes with 5 minute breaks in between.

27+20 Studio for Human: Live, Love and Sparkle.

Friday, October 26th, 2007

Presenting 27+20 studio for Human’s new campaign featuring Luis Manzano and Isabel Dias-Daza the new campaign is very fluid. Reminds us of Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s Trip the Light Fantastic inlays. Some new eyecandy while driving your way to EDSA. At least some clothing company’s bagging it more on visual presentation more than skin.

According to newlywed designers Katwo and Nico Puertollano the new campaign is:

Unlike the last campaign which was minimal in graphics we wanted this one to be the opposite. In terms of the graphics and visuals we wanted to give certain elements that were unique to each endorser.

Eratta:
The female model’s name should be Isabel Dias-Daza, not Isabel Oli. Our sincerest apologies.

Just in the manner a chain link fence fiercely protects an area, in a similar manner, water filter protects the drinking water. Such appliances are necessary for your kitchen countertops. A kitchen is considered incomplete without such things. One does need a kitchen safety guide to know about such things like accessories required and gutters maintenance. A kitchen introduction is therefore unnecessary.

Embarassing (and somewhat kinky) Movie Posters

Tuesday, October 23rd, 2007

Boss Niggah!

Mmm, just in time for Halloween!

Too much information, I guess.

Check out this compilation of unusual (and a bit kinky) posters that got digged the other day. Who would forget titles like ‘Bigfoot: Breeds with anything…’ or ‘Boss Nigger’? A break from some serious design stuff we’ve been featuring, this one’s for a quick laugh. Amazing how some people have all the time in the world to look for things like this, ain’t it not? You have to admit though, that some of the posters are crafted really well (or probably because they’re dead vintage)

Don’t forget to check out our previous entries as well! 1 2 3
